A card will be taken at the time of booking. This card will only be charged if any of the following policies are violated: • If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice 25% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. Extenuating circumstances are taken on case by case basis. • If a client no shows, 100% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. • If there is no card on file, or the card on file is incorrect or expired, the amount of the missed appointment will be owed before another appointment can be scheduled.
